Senior Growth Marketer – Funnel & Personal Brand Specialist

About the role

Terfuu, a performance‑marketing agency based in Quebec, is looking for a senior growth marketer to design and run its own growth engine. You will own the full funnel, build the founders’ personal brands on LinkedIn, and create the backend systems that turn audience attention into booked meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch complete funnels in GoHighLevel, including landing pages, opt‑in forms, lead magnets, and booking flows.
• Set up and manage email and SMS sequences, lead scoring, pipeline stages, and CRM hygiene.
• Implement tracking, attribution, pixels, UTMs and run funnel analytics.
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion‑rate optimisation across pages, copy, offers and sequences.
• Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategy for the founders, ghost‑write posts in French and English, and turn agency results into case studies.
• Manage LinkedIn engagement, optimise profiles, and track metrics such as followers, inbound DMs and meetings booked.
• Use AI tools daily for writing, research and automation, and report on leads, meetings and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in growth, funnel or performance marketing (agency or D2C).
• Hands‑on expertise with GoHighLevel, having built full funnels from scratch.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Proven track record of measurable funnel growth that you can demonstrate.
• Ghost‑writing or LinkedIn growth experience is a strong plus.
• Highly autonomous, organized and results‑oriented.
