Senior Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketer who will own the full‑funnel performance for ambitious European companies. You will design, execute and optimise paid acquisition, lifecycle email, SEO and conversion‑rate optimisation, turning data into measurable growth. The role is embedded within the client’s team, reporting to the marketing manager while taking full responsibility for results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok, managing budgets, creative angles and audience targeting to achieve profitable ROAS.
• Build and optimise end‑to‑end funnels, from first touch to repeat purchase, improving landing, product and checkout pages.
• Develop and manage email and automation flows in Klaviyo or HubSpot, delivering the right message at the right moment.
• Define clear KPIs (ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion, retention) and use GA4 as a strategic compass.
• Run continuous A/B tests and data‑driven experiments, steering decisions on numbers rather than intuition.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Deep expertise in paid media (Meta and Google at minimum) and funnel/CRO.
• Fluent in GA4, data analysis and experimentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Available during CET working hours and proactive in communication.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, treating client challenges as your own.
