Senior HR Manager – Telesales (Casablanca)

About the role

Natural Clinic is expanding its Moroccan operations and seeks a senior HR leader to build a high‑performing people function. The role focuses on shaping culture, driving talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance across all departments in a fast‑paced telesales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and employer branding to attract top talent.
• Design and implement engagement programs that foster collaboration, transparency and inclusion.
• Develop and maintain performance management frameworks, feedback loops and recognition schemes.
• Identify training needs, launch learning initiatives and support succession planning.
• Ensure full compliance with Moroccan labor legislation and corporate HR policies.
• Oversee payroll, contracts, reporting and day‑to‑day HR administration.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of HR management experience, preferably in call‑center or telesales settings.
• Deep knowledge of Moroccan labor laws and experience managing multicultural teams.
• Fluency in Arabic, French and English.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
