Senior Internal Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control across our dynamic industrial operations in Casablanca. The role will evaluate controls, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑growing, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed audit plans and schedules, and execute audits in line with internal audit standards.
• Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, identifying weaknesses and recommending practical improvements.
• Identify and evaluate organizational risks, devise mitigation strategies, and advise management.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations, and present results to management.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and conduct follow‑up reviews.
• Communicate effectively with management, employees, and external auditors, building strong cross‑departmental relationships.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the audit function and enhance audit processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Leverage data‑analytics tools to increase audit effectiveness and stay current with technological advancements.
• Contribute to strategic projects and provide audit expertise across cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or Business School degree (ENCG, ISCAE, or equivalent) in Audit or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of audit experience, preferably in an industrial environment; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French (English is the official working language).
