Senior Legal Consultant (M/F)

About the role

Baker Tilly Morocco is expanding its Legal Department and seeks a Senior Legal Consultant to join the team in Casablanca. You will work with a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, providing high‑value corporate and employment law advice within a globally recognised network.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate and employment law matters.
• Prepare and update corporate filings such as incorporations, amendments, restructurings and transformations.
• Handle legal formalities with tax authorities, commercial courts, land registry and other relevant bodies.
• Maintain ongoing legal follow‑up of client portfolios and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research and produce monthly legal updates.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Law or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or legal advisory practice with strong exposure to corporate law.
• Solid knowledge of corporate and employment law.
• Excellent drafting and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
• High level of confidentiality, rigor and professionalism.
