Senior Manager - Total Rewards (MEA)

About the role

GE Vernova is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead Total Rewards for the Middle East & Africa region. You will partner with HR, business leaders, and global Total Rewards teams to design and implement compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Country HR Leaders to roll out and localize compensation programs, allowances, tools, policies, and processes across MEA.
• Ensure governance, disciplined decision‑making, and alignment with enterprise‑wide principles while meeting regional business needs.
• Build strong relationships with HR, finance, legal, and business leadership to deliver practical compensation solutions.
• Continuously improve compensation processes, user experience, and program effectiveness.
• Provide compensation guidance on pay‑related decisions to HR leaders, People Partners, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain salary structures and pay ranges using market intelligence and local dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements and monitor legislative changes.
• Support job architecture, evaluation, and leveling frameworks.
• Deliver data‑driven recommendations for compensation decisions and Total Rewards strategy.
• Lead project management for global Total Rewards initiatives such as the High Inflation Task Force.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing compensation practices at a regional or country level.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative partnership skills.
