Senior Marketing Specialist – Heavy Machinery Sector

About the role

The Senior Marketing Specialist will own large‑scale accounts in the heavy machinery and construction equipment market, driving retention, cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities while expanding market share against competitors.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of large‑scale accounts, ensuring high retention rates and identifying cross‑sell or up‑sell opportunities.
• Lead the sales cycle for high‑value machinery deals from proposal to contract signing and delivery.
• Proactively target clients using competitor brands to increase market share in the construction sector.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor pricing to provide accurate demand forecasting and risk assessments.
• Recommend and implement marketing tools and brand‑awareness tactics to attract high‑tier corporate clients.
• Mentor junior specialists by converting high‑quality leads into profitable business.
• Maintain meticulous records of big‑account interactions and sales data for regional reporting.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the Heavy Machinery / Construction Equipment industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Advanced negotiation and verbal communication skills with a track record of closing complex B2B deals.
• Strong understanding of financial dynamics of large construction organisations (ROI, TCO, leasing models).
• Advanced English language skills (mandatory).
• Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license (mandatory).
