Senior Microsoft 365 IAM Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join the Technology & Digital Solutions (T&DS) team. Reporting to the Head of IAM, you will work in a hybrid model (50% on‑site) to protect and manage our Microsoft 365 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer user identities and access privileges across Microsoft 365 services.
• Design, implement and maintain access control policies in line with security standards.
• Monitor security events, analyse incidents and lead IAM‑related incident response.
• Develop, update and enforce IAM policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Provide guidance and support to end‑users on access issues and security best practices.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with broader systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
• Continuously evaluate emerging IAM technologies and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in identity and access management, preferably within Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, CISSP, or equivalent.
