Senior Mobile Developer – Hybrid/Cross‑Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to lead the design and delivery of high‑performance hybrid and cross‑platform applications. You will work on ambitious digital products that integrate AI‑powered features and serve clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain high‑quality cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and React Native.
• Design scalable and maintainable mobile architectures.
• Integrate APIs, authentication, notifications, payments, analytics, real‑time features and third‑party SDKs.
• Optimize performance on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Own features from technical design through production release.
• Improve application stability, performance, UX and code quality.
• Contribute to technical decisions and engineering standards.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, DevOps and AI teams.
• Review code and support other engineers when needed.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Proven experience delivering and maintaining production apps on iOS and Android.
• Strong expertise in Flutter, React Native or similar cross‑platform technologies.
• Ability to design and maintain scalable mobile architecture.
• Experience with native integrations (Swift/SwiftUI, Kotlin/Android SDK) when needed.
• Capability to identify design inconsistencies and collaborate with designers.
• Deep understanding of state management, navigation, networking, caching, security and testing.
