Africa Capitalworks, a leading investment holding company focused on mid‑market firms across Sub‑Saharan Africa, seeks an Executive Office Manager to lead the Casablanca office. The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations, providing executive support, and maintaining high standards of internal processes and corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Administration & Executive Support – manage office supplies, contracts, travel, and calendar coordination for partners and senior management.
• Meeting Management – organize investment committees, board meetings, and portfolio reviews, including preparation of materials, minute‑taking, and follow‑up.
• Supplier & Service Liaison – act as primary contact for IT, maintenance, security, and other service providers.
• Compliance & Documentation – maintain structured document management, support finance with expense capture, and ensure regulatory and ESG reporting.
• Human Resources Administration – track leave, expenses, onboarding/offboarding, and support HR initiatives such as performance reviews and training plans.
• Facilities & Office Operations – oversee workspace layout, equipment, budget monitoring, and internal tools.
• Corporate Life & Culture – organize team‑building events, seminars, and initiatives to strengthen cohesion and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, HR, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in investment or professional services.
• Excellent command of English (French a strong asset).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and document proofreading.
• Understanding of HR administration, payroll fundamentals, governance, regulatory, and ESG processes.
