Senior Overseas Sales Manager - Energy Metering & Storage

About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Overseas Sales Manager to drive market expansion and sales of its portfolio, which includes energy metering products (electricity, water and gas meters) and new energy storage solutions (commercial and industrial storage, smart micro-grids, EV charging piles). The role is central to revenue growth, long-term customer relationships and an international market position.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the assigned territory and proactively generate new leads and opportunities in the energy sector.
• Build long-term relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, distributors and end-users, manage key accounts and secure renewals.
• Analyse customer needs, prepare tailored proposals and proposals, and run the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and project initiation.
• Take part in international trade shows, research competitors, trends and regulations, and share market analysis with product development and strategy.
• Act as the main link between customers and internal teams (technical, project management, logistics, after-sales) and oversee post-sales support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, International Business or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in international markets, preferably in energy, metering or power solutions, with a strong track record of meeting quotas and handling complex B2B deals.
• Experience in the North African market is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• Willingness to accept frequent and extended business trips.
