Senior Pentester

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Pentester to join our security team on a full‑time, on‑site basis. In this role you will lead advanced penetration testing efforts, assess application security, and help strengthen our overall cybersecurity posture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests to uncover vulnerabilities across systems and applications.
• Perform reverse engineering and malware analysis to understand threat behavior.
• Design and execute red‑team exercises that simulate sophisticated attack scenarios.
• Evaluate application security and identify related weaknesses.
• Provide clear, actionable security recommendations to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in reverse engineering and malware analysis.
• Proficiency in application security testing and vulnerability identification.
• Hands‑on experience with red‑team operations and advanced threat simulations.
• Solid foundation in cybersecurity principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for presenting technical findings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or similar are a strong advantage.
