Senior Practice Manager – Data & AI

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Practice Manager specialized in Data and AI to lead a portfolio of large‑scale projects for an internationally recognised technology company. Reporting to Operations and Practice leadership, you will be responsible for the overall strategic, financial, human and operational success of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic & Financial Management – own P&L, monitor budgets, margins and ensure contractual compliance.
• Management & Governance – supervise project managers, coordinate on‑shore and off‑shore teams, and lead steering committees.
• Client & Supplier Relations – act as the primary contact, manage scope changes and negotiate contract amendments.
• Pre‑sales & Extensions – contribute to complex offers and serve as Bid Manager for new opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems or Project Management.
• More than 15 years of experience in portfolio management, large‑account handling and leading teams of 40+ members.
• Proven leadership, strong contract and financial management skills, and deep familiarity with Data and Cloud environments.
