Senior Quality Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across the Noor Midelt 2 & 3 renewable energy projects in Morocco. You will represent the Owner, guide EPC contractors and suppliers, and ensure world‑class quality from engineering through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and oversee the Project Quality Management System throughout all phases.
• Ensure EPC contractors, subcontractors and suppliers meet contractual quality requirements, specifications, international codes and industry standards.
• Lead quality surveillance, PV manufacturing inspections, supplier audits, factory inspections, FATs, and shipment release activities.
• Manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), concessions, root‑cause analyses, corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor quality performance using KPIs, audits, surveillance activities, inspection status, rework trends and supplier performance.
• Oversee multidisciplinary quality activities across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Ensure complete and compliant documentation, test reports, material certificates and handover dossiers.
• Mentor project quality teams and foster a proactive culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Electrical.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in large‑scale EPC infrastructure.
• Proven experience with photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing and battery storage projects.
• Strong knowledge of international codes, standards and contractual quality requirements.
