Senior Real Estate Development Manager

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of power distribution and connectivity solutions for the automotive industry, is looking for a Senior Real Estate Development Manager in Bouznika. The role covers the development of real estate projects, from feasibility studies and land acquisition to project management and technical due diligence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop real estate projects, including technical and economic feasibility studies (greenfield/brownfield), land purchase or lease negotiations, project scope definition and board submissions with internal and external partners.
• Independently lead national and international construction projects across all phases as project manager and owner's representative, controlling budget, timelines and quality while meeting user requirements.
• Support the introduction of digital innovations in real estate project management.
• Carry out technical due diligence for real estate transactions and share responsibility for technical, economic and organizational construction consulting.
• Help develop strategies and guidelines within the function.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project/Construction Management or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in real estate development across the project life cycle, including concept design, feasibility analysis, financial modeling and project execution.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written, C1 level).

Required skills

• Site appraisal, selection and acquisition, permitting and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with sustainability standards such as LEED and BREEAM and green building practices.
• Certifications in real estate economics, project management (e.g. PMP) or sustainability are a plus.
