Senior Reservations Agent

About the role

Intrepid Travel is looking for a Senior Reservations Agent to coordinate transport and activity ticketing for West Europe trips. Based in Marrakech, you will manage ticketing workflows, maintain accurate records and support the Reservations team to keep trips on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Purchase and deliver tickets accurately, within budget and on time to Operations teams, travellers and Tour Leaders.
• Coordinate ticketing workflows and maintain precise records for West Europe itineraries.
• Improve Reservations team processes and support the shared inbox for ticketing queries.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and local operators.
• Mentor junior Reservations Agents.

Required profile

• Experience in travel reservations and ticketing within the tourism industry.
• Knowledge of regional trip operations across FIT, Tailor Made, MICE or small‑group travel.
• Proficiency with travel‑related systems, Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience working with tourism suppliers and strong stakeholder relationship building.
• Fluent communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to manage varied priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of West Europe destinations (Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Malta, Benelux) is a plus.
