Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are seeking a technically proficient Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions that support business needs across multiple domains. You will build scalable applications, integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems, and help continuously improve our CRM ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications, Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Connected Apps, and OAuth flows.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Support deployment activities, CI/CD implementation, and Salesforce DX tooling.
• Produce technical documentation and share knowledge with the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and platform governance.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development and best‑practice security standards.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Experience with full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment.
• Solid problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
