Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join its fast‑growing team in Morocco. You will work on designing, building and enhancing ServiceNow solutions for large multinational clients, leveraging cutting‑edge technologies and a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Customize forms, workflows, business rules and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, web services and integration tools.
• Ensure security, scalability and performance of all ServiceNow implementations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Required skills

• ServiceNow development (forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts).
• On‑premise ITOM and CMDB expertise.
• API integration, web services and integration tools.
