Senior Social Media Strategist

About the role

We are a full‑service content and marketing agency serving personal brands, podcasters, and businesses across the US and Canada. We are seeking a Senior Social Media Strategist who can think strategically and execute at a high standard, turning data into clear content direction.

Key responsibilities

• Audit client social media accounts and translate findings into strategic direction.
• Build detailed content strategies and monthly plans tailored to each client’s goals and audience.
• Manage and analyze performance across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube using Meta Business Suite and native platform analytics.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify gaps, opportunities, and positioning angles.
• Present strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams confidently.
• Track, report, and continuously improve content performance based on real data.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure strategy translates into strong output.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to build content strategies from scratch.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients across different industries.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A marketing or communications degree is a plus but not required.
