Senior Software Engineer (Full‑time, Casablanca)

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Casablanca team. You will work on enterprise‑wide applications that directly support the company’s operations and growth, using cutting‑edge technologies in a global, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and document new project requirements, specifications and schedules.
• Create and optimise data table structures and indexes for efficient data handling.
• Research, evaluate and integrate new software technologies to improve web application performance.
• Develop and maintain web applications using C#.NET Core APIs, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL Server.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and conduct integration and unit testing with MS Unit Test framework.
• Promote shared architectural standards and frameworks across projects.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Offer technical guidance to junior developers as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 5 years designing and implementing C#/.NET applications and web services.
• 4 years of experience with SQL Server (2008/2012) and building web applications using Angular (or React/Vue).
• Strong background in unit, regression and integration testing.
• Familiarity with source‑control systems such as Azure DevOps, Git or SVN.
• Advanced object‑oriented design skills and solid knowledge of design patterns.
