Senior Traffic Operator - Road Freight (FTL/LTL)

About the role

Calsina Carré is looking for a Senior Traffic Operator to manage and optimise end‑to‑end full‑truck‑load (FTL) and less‑than‑truck‑load (LTL) road freight shipments. You will ensure on‑time performance, cost efficiency and high service quality while coordinating with customers, carriers, drivers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and track FTL & LTL shipments from origin to destination.
• Handle incidents and exceptions proactively, delivering timely solutions for delays, damages or last‑minute changes.
• Communicate daily with customers and carriers, providing ETAs, status updates and resolving issues.
• Negotiate with transport providers, monitor service compliance and performance.
• Control transport documentation and ensure adherence to internal procedures.
• Monitor and support improvement of operational KPIs such as on‑time delivery, incident rates, productivity and cost.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to guarantee smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience in road freight operations (FTL/LTL) in a similar role.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English; Spanish is recommended.
• Master’s degree (Bac+5) preferably in Transport, Logistics or a related field.
