SEO & GEO Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital agency looking for a passionate SEO & GEO Specialist to boost the online visibility of our clients and our own digital products. You will work closely with developers, designers, and content creators to implement cutting‑edge search strategies across a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies for client websites and internal SaaS products.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search‑intent mapping.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix issues.
• Optimize site structure, metadata, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
• Plan and manage backlink acquisition and authority‑building campaigns.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Produce regular reports on rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Stay current with algorithm updates, AI‑driven search trends, and GEO best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO.
• Experience with GEO or AI‑search optimisation is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
