Serial Life Quality Manager

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco, a subsidiary of the engineering and technology consulting group ALTEN, is looking for a serial life quality manager. The role drives quality convergence plans to meet customer quality targets and acts as the key quality representative between Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Aftersales and Customer Experience teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive quality convergence plans to achieve customer quality targets.
• Monitor and analyse quality KPIs, warranty claims, failure rates and warranty costs.
• Lead quality issue resolution by coordinating Engineering, Plants, Suppliers and Quality teams.
• Manage Engineering Quality Issues (QIT) and ensure proper tracking in GIM/PLM.
• Support problem-solving with quality data, reports and methodologies.
• Ensure production non-conformities are addressed by plant quality teams.
• Prepare quality reviews and present quality status in customer and management meetings.
• Assess risks related to safety alerts and support field actions or service campaigns.
• Capture lessons learned and integrate them into future projects.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to convince, communicate and manage the handling of quality issues.
• Ability to analyse risks and their consequences.
• Ability to mobilise and lead cross-functional teams.
• Rigour and autonomy, with flexibility to learn new tools and procedures.
