Service Delivery Specialist - PMS Support (Opera PMS)

About the role

HRS, Oracle's largest hospitality partner worldwide, is looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to join its growing global service delivery team. You will implement and support the HRS portfolio of products for hospitality companies across a selected region, focusing on PMS products and HRS's own products. The ideal candidate is ambitious, customer-oriented and passionate about digital transformation in hospitality through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in the support and implementation of solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas and fitness clubs across the region.
• Handle customer cases, triage the inbound workload and review owned and escalated cases.
• Stay up to date with new product releases as they become available.
• Liaise with subject matter experts on client requests for enhancements and development.
• Work with support and implementation teams so that service level requirements are met.
• Conduct user training.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in support or installation and configuration of hospitality PMS products, or as a user of Opera PMS or similar.
• Experience with competitive hospitality products such as PMS, POS or spa systems.
• Good interpersonal skills with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively and for long periods.
• Fluent written and spoken English and fluency in the local language.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.
