Service Engineer

About the role

The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, aligning, commissioning and maintaining injection molding machines, providing technical support to customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, alignment and commissioning of injection molding machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical or control issues.
• Provide technical support and maintenance during and after warranty.
• Assist warehouse with outbound shipment preparations and manage shipping documents.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and engineering for after‑sales operations.
• Prepare service reports and give on‑site training to customers.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years experience with injection molding machine installation or service.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel globally.
