Shift Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Shift Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at our new HVAC plant in Tangier. The role ensures equipment reliability, optimal machine performance and production continuity through preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, utilities and facility systems according to schedules.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, robotics and PLC failures; lead root‑cause analysis for breakdowns.
• Provide rapid technical intervention during production disruptions to restore equipment within required response times.
• Execute work orders and record all interventions, repairs, inspections and findings in the CMMS.
• Conduct routine inspections and condition‑monitoring activities to support predictive maintenance programs.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, testing and start‑up for new machinery and production lines.
• Maintain workplace organization using 5S principles and apply TPM, Kaizen, energy‑efficiency and cost‑optimization practices.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and QEHS standards.

Required profile

• Full‑time shift availability for a manufacturing environment.
• Technical background in maintenance of production equipment.
• Commitment to safety and quality, environmental, health and safety (QEHS) standards.
• Ability to work with maintenance planning tools and documentation.
