Site Manager – Electrical Construction (Togo)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to lead daily on‑site operations for a major electrical infrastructure project in Togo. The successful candidate will ensure that all construction and electrical works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site activities related to electrical construction and infrastructure works.
• Coordinate with project supervisors, civil works teams, and distribution equipment supervisors to maintain project schedule.
• Enforce health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) protocols on the construction site.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with technical specifications.
• Report daily status to the Project Director and other senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience with a Bac+5/MSc degree, or 15 years with a Bac+2 qualification.
• At least 3‑5 successfully completed similar electrical or infrastructure projects.
• Bac+5 or MSc in Electromechanics, Electricity, or an equivalent recognized diploma.
• Fluency in French and strong knowledge of on‑site HSSE regulations.
