Small Business AI Response Evaluator - French

About the role

Turing is looking for a detail‑oriented evaluator to assess the quality of AI chatbot responses for real‑world small‑business scenarios. You will work on French‑language interactions, comparing multiple AI models and providing structured feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic business‑related prompts that reflect defined user goals.
• Interact with up to five turns per conversation across several AI chatbots.
• Rate responses on clarity, usefulness and accuracy.
• Submit conversation transcripts and comparative evaluation results.
• Produce visual content for marketing and support day‑to‑day operational queries.
• Conduct market research and contribute ideas within your area of expertise.
• Work with data files such as spreadsheets, PDFs and images as part of the evaluation workflow.

Required profile

• Business owner experience or strong understanding of small‑business operations.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines.
• Comfortable interacting with AI tools and platforms.
