Social Media & Community Manager – Sports & Snapstar

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative, proactive, and trend‑obsessed Social Media and Community Manager to join our sports media team. The role focuses on football and tennis content across Snapchat and Facebook, managing high‑volume daily publishing for Snapstar accounts and major sports channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and publish approximately 140 Snapchat Stories daily across two Snapstar accounts.
• Design static graphics and basic video edits for football and tennis channels using Canva or Photoshop.
• Draft engaging captions and taglines for daily posts on Facebook and Snapchat.
• Monitor real‑time sports trends and viral formats to generate proactive content ideas.
• Track, report and analyze reach and engagement metrics to refine strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of football (especially PSG) and tennis, with strong understanding of social media ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing social media channels or producing high‑volume Snapchat/Facebook content.

Required skills

• Graphic design using Canva or Photoshop.
• Basic video editing.

• Base monthly fee of USD 700 plus a performance bonus up to USD 300 quarterly.
