About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to boost the digital presence of a trendy restaurant located in Marina Casablanca. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual content, managing community interaction, and driving footfall through targeted campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create, shoot, and edit short‑form videos and stories (Reels, TikTok) for Instagram and TikTok.
• Plan, launch and monitor social media marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Build and nurture an online community by responding to comments, DMs and collaborating with influencers.
• Maintain posting schedules and content calendars to ensure consistent brand visibility.
• Track performance metrics, analyze insights and continuously optimise content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, preferably in food or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong video‑editing abilities using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good understanding of growth strategies, engagement tactics and current digital trends.
• Creative mindset combined with solid marketing awareness.
