Social Media Manager – Content & Growth

About the role

Narocta is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead content strategy and drive growth across multiple platforms. The role combines creativity, organization, and data‑driven analysis in a fast‑paced agency setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
• Research industry trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and identify content gaps.
• Plan, write, and schedule engaging posts, captions, hooks, and copy.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions, responding promptly.
• Track performance metrics and use data to improve content effectiveness.
• Manage multiple client accounts, maintain organized calendars and reporting systems.
• Support webinars, events, launches, and special campaigns through social media coverage.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience managing several social media accounts, preferably in an agency.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content strategies, and audience growth.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
