Social Media Manager

About the role

This full‑time Social Media Manager position is based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area and offers a hybrid work model, allowing part of the week to be worked from home. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s voice across key social platforms while driving audience engagement and supporting broader digital marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content on major social media channels.
• Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and optimize posts for reach.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Stay updated on platform trends, best practices, and emerging tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing or SMO.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Proven ability to work reliably in a hybrid environment, managing time and collaborating with both on‑site and remote teammates.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, community management, or a similar role is preferred.
