Social Media Manager – YouTube Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Social Media Manager specialized in YouTube to lead channel optimization, performance auditing, and strategic packaging across our YouTube ecosystem. You will work closely with the content production team to boost CTR, retention, and monetization.

Key responsibilities

• Audit long‑standing channels, identify performance drop‑offs and design comprehensive optimization plans.
• Create high‑CTR titles, thumbnail concepts, and SEO‑driven descriptions for new and back‑catalog videos.
• Implement tactics to improve RPM, audience retention and overall revenue performance.
• Deep‑dive into YouTube Analytics to track growth metrics and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor community interaction, engage with subscribers and incorporate viewer feedback into content strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing and growing YouTube channels with proven results.
• Professional fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred.
