Software Engineer II – Digital Solutions

About the role

Honeywell is looking for a Software Engineer II to design, develop, and sustain digital solutions that enhance operational excellence across its Integrated Supply Chain and enterprise functions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and functional experts to translate requirements into scalable, data‑driven applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy web‑based applications, APIs, and digital tools supporting business objectives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and other functional teams to define requirements and implement technology solutions.
• Build and maintain databases, analytical dashboards, and reporting solutions to improve visibility and decision‑making.
• Support ERP administration, integrations, data migration, configuration, and user enablement.
• Lead application and data integrations between enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and business applications.
• Drive process automation and digitization initiatives aligned with Honeywell’s continuous improvement principles.
• Administer cloud environments, collaboration tools, and enterprise information systems while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and data governance standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues to maintain system reliability and user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in software development, database administration, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with web application development and API integration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, data modeling, and data management practices.
• Experience supporting ERP and business systems in a manufacturing or supply‑chain environment.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based solutions and modern application architectures.
