Sous Chef – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Rabat is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Senior Executive Chef in delivering world‑class culinary experiences. The role combines leadership of the kitchen team with hands‑on involvement in recipe creation, food preparation and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for the culinary department, establishing efficient systems and processes.
• Assist in planning and developing recipes, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of all food items.
• Maintain control systems to guarantee quality, portion consistency and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
• Monitor food shipments to meet purchasing specifications and manage inventory.
• Foster a culture of food preparation excellence and quality awareness among the kitchen staff.

Required profile

• Extensive culinary experience in luxury resort or hotel environments.
• Strong passion for maintaining the highest culinary standards and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor a high‑performing kitchen team.
• Fluency in French, Arabic and English.
• Eligibility to work in Morocco.
