Spa Manager (Full‑time)

About the role

The Spa Manager oversees daily operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. Reporting to senior management, the role covers all areas from reception to treatment rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate spa staff, including reception, therapists, and housekeeping.
• Manage budgets, operating statements, payroll reports, and inventory while staying within financial targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all spa facilities and equipment.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and promote a culture of exceptional customer service.
• Conduct HR activities: employee onboarding, training, performance feedback, discipline, and recognition programs.
• Assume Spa Director duties in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience in spa operations, guest services, or a related hospitality field.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
