Spa Receptionist – Front Desk

About the role

Join Hilton’s spa team and be the first friendly face guests encounter. As a Spa Receptionist you will create memorable experiences by welcoming guests, handling their reservations and providing essential administrative support to keep spa operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist all guests entering the spa, managing check‑in and registration procedures.
• Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and relay relevant information to spa staff.
• Perform office duties such as data entry, filing, processing mail, taking notes, and typing correspondence.
• Support spa managers with general administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• A passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating warm guest experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork, and a sense of ownership in daily tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
