Exceptional hospitality starts with you. Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. As a Spa Receptionist you will provide administrative support to ensure seamless spa operations while delivering memorable experiences that enhance each guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet all guests entering the spa/salon and assist with check‑in and registration procedures.
- Answer phones and emails, manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and relay information to appropriate team members.
- Perform office duties such as data entry, filing, processing mail, taking notes, typing correspondence, and assisting spa managers with general administrative tasks.
