Spa, Wellness & Beauty Product Development Manager

About the role

Palomba General Trading LLC is looking for a Spa, Wellness & Beauty Product Development Manager to create new product concepts using essential oils, botanical extracts and natural ingredients for spas, hotels, wellness brands and beauty companies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop differentiated spa and wellness product concepts, from essential oil selection to prototype evaluation.
• Prepare product‑development briefs and coordinate formulation partners, manufacturers and packaging suppliers.
• Manage samples, prototypes and modification rounds, ensuring sensory quality (fragrance, texture, absorption, after‑feel).
• Support private‑label projects, prepare customer presentations and evaluate commercial feasibility.
• Monitor market trends and develop seasonal or thematic product collections.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetics, beauty, wellness or spa product development.
• Proven track record coordinating formulators or manufacturers and delivering sensory‑tested products.
• Strong project‑management abilities and excellent presentation skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

What we offer

• Indicative fixed compensation of MAD 26,000–40,000 gross per month, plus performance component.
