Specialist Industrial Engineering

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of energy and data management solutions for the automotive industry, is seeking a Specialist Industrial Engineering to join its Bouskoura site. The role focuses on improving production efficiency and supporting new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive efficiency improvement activities across the manufacturing floor.
• Implement and maintain production efficiency monitoring systems such as KOSU, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and 5S.
• Analyze production processes using industrial engineering methods, identify bottlenecks and waste (MUDA), and propose corrective actions.
• Perform production process balancing based on time studies and integrate results into the shop floor.
• Create and maintain industrial engineering master data, including workstation documentation, MES data, capacity and ramp‑up planning.
• Support the rollout of new products and technical changes in line with change‑management procedures (CP2.2.2).
• Collaborate with country and production management teams to develop new equipment and processes.
