About the role
SEBN-MA is offering a recruitment internship in Tangier. The role provides a hands‑on introduction to the full recruitment cycle, allowing the intern to support sourcing, pre‑selection and candidate follow‑up activities. The intern will work closely with senior recruiters and gain practical experience in talent acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels.
- Help pre‑screen applications and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Track the progress of applications and maintain candidate records.
- Provide support to the recruitment team during each stage of the hiring process.
- Participate in drafting job postings and updating recruitment dashboards.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 program in Human Resources or a comparable field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good organisational abilities.
- Motivation, rigor and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
