Stagiaire Technicien Méthodes – Engineering

About the role

The intern will support the development of new production equipment and processes, providing training and technical support to the production teams. The role also involves planning, standardisation and execution of production engineering activities, such as change management and equipment planning. This position works closely with country and production management to integrate new concepts on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of new production equipment and processes, ensuring they meet engineering standards.
• Provide training and technical assistance to production staff in coordination with country and production management teams.
• Participate in planning, standardisation and execution of production engineering tasks, including change management, equipment planning, and creation/release of master data.
• Ensure implementation of the production concept and integration of new processes within the plant, collaborating with the Production Concept Team at country level.
• Define and implement processes and material flows in the Cutting & Wire Preparation Area (CWPA) or assembly line setup.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering or a related field.
• Open to candidates with or without prior experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluency in French is mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
