Statistical Process Control (SPC) Engineer

About the role

STMicroelectronics is looking for an SPC Engineer to lead the deployment of Statistical Process Control programs at its Bouskoura site. You will be responsible for configuring SPC tools, collecting reliable data, and ensuring process stability across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy SPC programs for FDC, DCFC, CCM, and CPK projects.
• Configure SPC software, data‑collection interfaces, limits, alarms, and reporting dashboards.
• Maintain and review control limits, sampling strategies, and measurement points.
• Validate measurement systems using MSA, GRR, stability, linearity and bias studies.
• Monitor control charts, identify out‑of‑control signals and distinguish common‑cause from special‑cause variation.
• Perform capability analyses (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk, yield, DPMO) and trend analysis.
• Lead investigations of SPC alarms, yield excursions, customer complaints and internal rejects using structured problem‑solving methods.
• Propose, validate and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in statistics and SPC methodology.
• Ability to work with production, test and metrology teams to ensure reliable data capture.
