Store Manager – Marina Mall

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our Marina Mall location in Morocco. You will be the face of the adidas brand, creating emotional connections with customers while driving sales and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed store sales and KPI targets by leveraging all available resources.
• Deliver outstanding customer service using the adidas customer service model.
• Act as a passionate brand ambassador, building emotional connections with every shopper.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a clean, easy‑to‑shop environment.
• Ensure product availability through deliveries, replenishment, and floor management.
• Process sales transactions accurately while following cash protection procedures.
• Minimize loss by maintaining floor awareness and serving customers attentively.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members to meet store goals.
• Complete mandatory training and apply learning on the job.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of store management experience, preferably in sports or fashion retail.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and strong verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
