Store Manager – Retail

About the role

The Store Manager will lead an adidas retail location, creating an emotional connection with customers while driving sales and meeting KPI targets. You will act as a passionate brand ambassador, ensuring a safe, engaging, and well‑presented shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed store sales and KPI targets using all available resources.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with the adidas customer service model.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a clean, easy‑to‑shop environment.
• Manage product availability by handling deliveries and replenishing the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately while following cash protection procedures.
• Minimize loss through active floor awareness and loss‑prevention practices.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members to meet store goals.
• Complete compulsory training programs and apply learning on the job.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of store management experience, preferably in sports or fashion retail.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
