Store Manager / Supervisor – Take Away Café & Bakery

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Store Manager / Supervisor to lead a growing take‑away café and bakery located in Port de Sóller, Mallorca. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the outlet, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the café and bakery.
• Supervise the team, create and adjust staff schedules.
• Control stock levels, place orders and coordinate with suppliers.
• Guarantee excellent customer service and a consistent brand experience.
• Identify and implement process improvements to support business growth.
• Assist in the future development and expansion of the project.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a supervisor, manager or team leader in hospitality, cafés or restaurants.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, reliable and results‑oriented mindset.
• Positive attitude with good communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
