About the role
E2IP Technologies is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead complex, multi‑year sales cycles with key accounts in the electronics and engineering services sectors. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will drive revenue growth across Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and Commercial markets while influencing pricing, contract terms, and strategic expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end account strategy for assigned strategic accounts, delivering revenue growth and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead multi‑year sales cycles from prospecting through close and ongoing expansion.
- Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities aligned with E2IP’s technology portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that balance short‑term revenue with long‑term partnership health.
- Influence pricing strategies and defend pricing decisions in collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
- Lead contract negotiations and service‑bundling discussions to maximize value for both customer and E2IP.
- Monitor key financial metrics (margin, revenue, pipeline health) and adjust tactics as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer engineering and procurement teams across all market verticals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B electronics or engineering services sales, handling complex technical solutions.
- Track record of managing multi‑stakeholder, multi‑year deals with senior‑level customers.
- Strong analytical mindset with data‑backed decision making.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to interact with C‑suite and board members.
