Strategic Business Development Manager

About the role

Fever is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth across Morocco and internationally. You will build and manage relationships with top producers, creators, venues and other key stakeholders in the live entertainment ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with the biggest producers, creators, venues and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
• Expertly manage contract negotiations with large partners, ensuring sustainable economics and long‑lasting value for both parties.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to effectively balance and grow a large base of clients.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to successfully deliver on partner growth across Morocco and internationally.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends and new experiences in the entertainment world, acting as the expert on cutting‑edge offerings.

Required profile

• At least 3 + years of top‑tier consulting or equivalent experience, plus 5 + years in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech, sport, music or arts.
• Strong desire to acquire new business and grow an existing book of accounts.
• Self‑starter mentality able to thrive in a demanding, dynamic start‑up environment.
• Demonstrated data‑driven approach to business and task prioritisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and a Sales CRM (Sugar CRM preferred).
• Knowledge of Morocco’s entertainment, events and lifestyle trends.
• Experience in media or ad sales is a plus, but not required.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
