About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead shift operations in our semiconductor manufacturing facility. The role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute production plans, monitor daily output and achieve OEE, yield, scrap and cycle‑time targets.
• Coordinate shift activities, ensure proper hand‑over between shifts and allocate manpower according to workload.
• Lead and coach operators/technicians, enforce attendance, shift rules and shop‑floor organization.
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards, work instructions and process parameters; drive corrective actions for non‑conformities.
• Promote safety culture, enforce PPE usage, conduct 5S audits and stop production when safety risks arise.
• Provide first‑level troubleshooting for equipment or process issues and coordinate with Maintenance, Process Engineering and Quality teams.
• Participate in Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, SMED, standard work) and implement improvement actions to reduce downtime, scrap and rework.
• Prepare shift reports, maintain documentation, logs and ensure accurate KPI tracking.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Automation.
• Internship or prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong ability to lead teams, allocate resources and enforce discipline on the shop floor.
• Good understanding of production metrics such as OEE, yield and scrap.
