Supervisor – Loss Prevention

About the role

The Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort is seeking a proactive Supervisor of Loss Prevention to protect guests, employees and assets. You will lead daily security patrols, manage access control, and act as the first responder during emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency‑response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to restricted zones.
• Provide first aid/CPR, contact EMS, and manage accident reporting.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of reports, release information only to authorized individuals.
• Support management in training, coaching and enforcing the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in loss‑prevention, security or related hospitality roles.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, run and lift up to 50 lb (assistance for heavier loads).
• Strong communication skills, professional appearance and commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond quickly to incidents.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
• Key‑control audit procedures.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Computer proficiency for incident reporting and documentation.
